The children’s spot operates under two different business names: The Childrens Spot Inc. and The Spot for Speech And Occupational Therapy Inc.

ABA Services THAT are covered by TRICARE, AETNA, BCBS or PRIVATE PAY

All ABA services are billed under the company name The Children’s SPOT Inc.

PAYMENTS and CO-PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH THE CLIENT PORTAL:  WebABA (invoices are emailed through our biling company RETHINK)

SPEECH/LANGUAGE and OT SERVICES that are covered by TRICARE

Speech/Language and OT services billed directly to Tricare are billed under the company name The Children’s SPOT Inc.

CO-PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH THE CLIENT PORTAL:  https://app.fusionwebclinic.com/portal/TheChildrensSPOT

PRIVATE PAY/OUT OF NETWORK, SPEECH/LANGUAGE, OT AND SOCIAL GROUP SERVICES- 

Private pay Speech/Language, OT and social group services are billed under the company name The Spot for Speech and Occupational Therapy Services Inc.
